Starbucks Side Progressing at Different Pace

The Starbucks side of the renovation is not as far along as it had more extensive construction requirements due it being a food service installation. There were wiring, additional fireproofing requirements, air exchange, etc. In addition, there are specific wall finishes, colors and woodworking installations to take place as part of the Starbucks construction.
Using Flooring to Reduce Sound

There will be 3 layers of flooring to help minimize noise as people walk on the mezzanines. Workers are installing plywood subflooring on top of homosote. The final layer will be carpet.
