Waterloo Bridge
Waterloo Bridge is a road and foot traffic bridge crossing the River Thames in London, England between Blackfriars Bridge and Hungerford Bridge. The name of the bridge is in memory of the British victory at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Thanks to its location at a strategic bend in the river, the views of London (Westminster, the South Bank and London Eye to the west, the City of London and Canary Wharf to the east) from the bridge are widely held to be the finest from any spot at ground level.Top photos chosen by u all:

Catching a bus??? - The light trails are of a red double decker streaming past The nude statue is a cast of sculptor Antony Gormley as part of his latest work, Event Horizon. Apparently their are 31 of these sculptures dotted around London.... This was an experiment with the low light performance of the D3 (I hadn't had it long :-). Shot was taken handheld, no stablisation other than human body mk1, and pretty much straight from the camera. To be fair, I was extremely lucky with the weather that day!

This is Typical in 2 senses. Firstly it is quite a typical shot of London with the dome of St Paul's, Tower 42 and the Gherkin, and secondly it's typical that you wait ages for a bus and then eight come along at once.
