It features about 700 painted lanterns arranged around water fountains to create a beautiful harmony of water, light, and sound. There's also a wedding ceremony going on in the background.

Wadakura Fountain Park. This spot in Tokyo provided one of those Tokyo Moments. We thought there was no one else at the fountain. We gradually became aware that every shadowy spot had a couple in it. Quite a fright at first. I think this is as close as you can get to privacy in Tokyo.
