As TT noted, this building is the 'perfect scale' - not too big, and not too imposing. Originally 'accused' of possessing oppressive (perhaps even 'facist') looks, you have to admit it does not come anywhere near the 'grandeur' of the . But it still has enough deco beauty to evoke images of Gotham city every now and then... vancouver.ca/Greaterdot/video/02-artdeco.rm
