Judy has had several experiences that caused revelations in her style of business: paying livable wages to everyone she employees, doing as much as possible to minimize the restaurant's impact on the environment, helping other businesses, even economically competing businesses, to do the same thing.

Organic, local, seasonal, gourmet food, and interesting local beers on tap. Highly recommended. I replaced the original of this with a conversion to black and white, which I think much improved it. (That, and brining the shadows WAY up).

Ugly art outside Penn-sponsored Domus condos at 34th & Chestnut Sts. I hear these will eventually be covered with ivy but I don’t see any planted yet. Besides, I don’t think it’s gonna be much of an improvement.
