Umlauf Sculpture Garden
. Located at 605 Robert E. Lee Road in the Zilker neighborhood of Austin, Texas, the garden is adjacent to Austin's Zilker Park. In 1985, Charles and Angeline Umlauf donated their home, studio, and 168 Umlauf sculptures to the City of Austin. These were two bare and almost branchless intertwining trees that were painted pink and blue out in the Garden. There was no placard for them, so I don't don't if Umlauf himself had anything to do with this. I do like it though. Umlauf Sculpture Garden - Austin, Texas
