I've been spending far too much time messing around with HDR trying to get this shot to look the way I wanted... After masking hell (look at the brush crossing the horizon) I figured that I was going about it all wrong. 20 minutes and 7 colour control points later, Capture NX 2 gave me what I was after. Plus, because I'm not relying on HDR for the wrong reasons, it stays nice and sharp! Don't use the wrong tool for the job... it's about the result you're after ;)
