Today was a beautiful day here in Berlin (as you can see here:). I was glad to have got my butt up to move it to the main-train station ;) where I wanted to take some pictures for my entrance exam for the photo-design school, as a few days ago I got my topics about what to shoot... anyway, before I came there I already had some chance to take some cool pics... :)) By the way, I've just been listening to a wonderful CD of Paul Carrack named Blue views the second time (the title is also from there;) so, no wonder to show you a blue image (I also did quite a few b/w versions today, also from this pic). ;o)

Berlin Hauptbahnhof ist der Name des Zentralbahnhofs der Stadt Berlin. Der von dem Architekten Meinhard von Gerkan entworfene Etagenbahnhof wurde auf dem Gelände des einstigen Lehrter Bahnhofs bzw. Lehrter Stadtbahnhofs erbaut und am 28. Mai 2006 in Betrieb genommen. Larger Version recommended

Hauptbahnof Station is a beautiful glass modern building which opened in May 2006. The station is on multiple levels. La station Hauptbahnof est un magnifique édifice moderne en vitre qui a ouvert en mai 2006. La station est sur plusieurs niveaux.

This sculpture was called Die Angst des Tormanns vorm Elfmeter which you could translate as The fear of the goalie before the penalty shoot. That was my favorite sculpture there.
