For an assignment of my photography course at the Fotovakschool I asked the theater management if I could take pictures of the interior of the hall of Carré, Hollands' most famous theater. I took a hundred photos of the chairs in all kinds of compositions and point of views. I was even allowed on stage after they drew the fire curtain for me..... And here I was.....in the middle of the props of Gershwins Porgy and Bess, an opera I had just seen 2 weeks earlier on the opening night....it was magical!
