Falling along the side of a crumbling building in the Arena District, downtown Columbus, Ohio. USA Corner of Spring Street and Neil Avenue. The Bundy building only appears abandoned, though it is truly crumbling. A bakery equipment warehousing business has operated out of it for years without benefit of posted signs or listed telephone tied to the property. As the area around it has transformed from the mothballed 19th century Columbus Penitentiary to the Arena District replete with trendy restaurants and law firm after law firm, the pressure to do something to this building built. Earlier in 2005, Nationwide Realty Investors succeeded in purchasing it and is considering it's future.

Around the so-called (though the moniker is not yet well promulgated) River District, previously dubbed Pen West, across Neil Avenue from the Arena District. This is the Belmont building, once the home of Belmont Casket, the makers of upscale caskets to the country.
