My beautiful niece, Cadence. With all the creative editing and tweaking I do, I could not bring myself to change anything about this picture except for some light cropping. She hasnt hit the Im gonna make funny faces if you try to take my candid picture phase yet, and she can sometimes have a little bit of an attitude (in a cute way) so I love taking her picture (and she loves it too). :P

My wife and I went back out to the Terrell Heritage Jubilee today. They were having a show with dogs who could perform tricks. Well, they TRIED to perform them anyway. This cute one attempted every trick that handler laid out there, but only caught the Frisbee once. Maybe the little boy who was watching the show should have thrown it.

I drove to Dallas to see my sister. On the way back, it was mid afternoon, so I decided to take advantage of the extra daylight for this time of year. I drove back and avoided using Interstate Freeways. Most of the trip was via Hwy 80, where I found some great things in small towns along the way. This sign is in Terrell, Texas.

This one didn't come out exactly like I wanted because I cut the left part of the cars off... but I need some practice with photo processing in an editor, so I fired up Paint Shop Pro. When all else fails, just do some artsy stuff and act like it means something. :) I'll probably go try to get a better one on Sunday.
