This is from inside Mink Chocolate. About two minutes after I took this shot, we left and it started raining. I would have liked to get a second shot with the darker sky and wet walkway to contrast the bright green chairs and cherry blossoms. This was also the best coffee I had while in Vancouver. As a coffee snob, I would go back here again anytime I am in Vancouver. They use the Clover 1s Machine for brewing all their coffee, and have several nice blends to choose from. If you know what the difference is between shade grown Sumatra which has been steeped for 40 seconds and 90 seconds, then this is the place for you. I also recomend the Taj Masala chocolate bar, even though it sounds a bit strange. I personally assure you that it's amazing. You may want to try it without coffee though. The flavors are very subtle and could be overpowered by coffee, but would likely go very well with chai.
