Surigao City
Surigao City is a 2nd class city in the province of Surigao del Norte, Philippines. It is the capital city of Surigao del Norte. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 118,534 people in 22,541 households and has an estimated 2005 population of 133,929. I took this from hills north from our house in surigao that I used to go to when I was still a child. I used to wander in the hills with my brother before -- catching spiders (there were so many a few years back) that we used for spider fighting. I don't know what this flower is called. Can anybody help?
