come il titanic. e invece altre cose vengono a galla. come il fatto che il brasato di rue caron sia così buono che ci siamo tornati ieri sera a mangiarlo. qui si mangia brasato a agosto, per dire. come il fatto che quando sono di pessimo umore meglio che cammini un po'... ad esempio da montmartre fino al luxembourg. come il fatto che sono veramente scocciata perché continuo a non avere ciò che voglio anche se so che potrei averlo. ho detto scocciata, non incazzata, ma scocciata. che forse è pure peggio. ieri gara di biciclette pazze su e giù per le scale di montmartre, con evoluzioni e la pioggia. ho mollato il colpo per il freddo e per la noia. loro invece no. l'idea della foto è e l'obiettivo è suo. parigi, salita del sacre coeur agosto 2007

Back again from my favourite city of all time! It has been a truly fantastic week. I've lived at a very nice family in the small city of Mérobert, and went to Paris 4 of the 5 days we had there. Montmartre was amazingly beautiful, as we walked through the narrow, steep roads of the quarter in 18°C. Spring had arrived, and the view over Paris from here was truly magic. I can't wait 'till I'm going there again - don't know when, but Paris is not a city I can stay away from in more than a year! Thank you - Nicolai Kjærgaard
