will it explode when the first black holes are produced by the LHC ? who knows... actually, it likely won't since it is unlikely there will be any black holes. simply, it would take 100 years for the LHC to produce as many particles above 10^14eV as have been hitting the earth since 5 billion years. nothing happened in 5 billion years...

In there are seval Magnet-tapes with data. I don't know exactly the number, but I guess there are at least 1000 in there. And there are 5 or 6 more devices down there. And every tape holds 600 GB of Data! And for the new experiments this in not rudimentary enough...
