Southwest Hills (PDF Map) is a Southwest Portland neighborhood in the the West Hills (Tualatin Mountains). The neighborhood is home to Council Crest Park. The northeastern part of the neighborhood, above Goose Hollow and Downtown Portland, is known as Portland Heights.
