Shutoko No.10 Harumi Line

This is the newest shutoko (Tokyo metropolitan expressway). It was opend on February 2009. The line will be extended to Harumi in 2012. This place is near from the Kiyari-bashi, which is a double-deck bridge. The upper deck is shutoko Harumi line, and the lower deck is connected to this public road. That is the reason why the road slides into the space under the expressway quickly.
