the area of the park was originally a royal hunting grounds way back when. more recently there was a horse race track located there. only for the past 2-3 years has the 'seoul forest' park been there and open to the public.

there's a large fenced area of a native species of deer. it was closed by the time in the day we got there but a large bridge over the enclosure was not. thus, the areal view.

on the way out of the park area, in a dirt lot was a group of pakistani or indian men playing cricket.
