I followed behind this lady as we drove around on a park road. I knew nothing about her, it was just that she was the lead car and I had several more cars behind me. The only way to pass was if a car pulled over to the edge of the road or off into a parking lot. The one place she choose to pull over was also the place everyone else wanted to stop too. It was a park pond with just one area of open water and it was right next to the road and loaded with ducks, geese and swans. A strange thing happened when she pulled over. Many of the ducks and geese etc. left the water and walked right up to her car. I have a feeling she has been here before. When she got out of here car I understood what the draw was for all of her feathered friends. She began to pour out these buckets of corn for the birds. As she did, more and more birds gathered around her. Some walked over , others flew in. You should have heard the racket. Seneca Park, Rochester, NY

This lady was trying to catch fish all day but was having no luck. I passed her as I was walking back to my car and she said she'd gotten her hook caught in her shoe, so she figured God was telling her today was not a fish day. I helped get the hook out and as I went around the lake I saw this shot line up.

This one reminds me so much of others I've seen where someone is standing near a window and the light coming through is illuminating their face. Except this one's a Leopard. A Leopard with a bad right eye, cataracts Mom thinks. Sad, but I suppose it's good that it can at least live, even if it's in a zoo?

Seneca Park Zoo, Rochester, NY The sun was out, temperature was in the 40's. It was a beautiful day. I went to the park and zoo. I found this guy stretched out on top of a tree stump soaking up the sun, We were both enjoying the day. There will be more pics....I took 230 today

It was Elephant bath time at the zoo. It was pretty impressive to watch this elephant respond to voice commands, sitting down, lifting legs, flapping ears, etc. Shot on ISO 100 E6 35mm slide film
