I took this picture BECAUSE OF the Red Rule group. I was about to just walk by, as I always do, this stretch of wall at Seattle's City Hall. But the rule caused me to look at it differently. Like all of my photos, the lines are sloppy and haphazard. But I like it anyway.

I just happened into City Hall and was entranced immediately upon entrance. This translucent wall divides off a meeting room from which the smell of coffee was wafting.
