The room with a view out of a back alley in Glasgow, Scotland. I am here for two days to conduct a training course and then I am off to Chesham not so far from London. At least this is a better room than last time I was here. The room I stayed in then had a view out over 8 air conditioning units that started and stopped all through the night waking me up about every 20 minutes. This time I got an executive suite. Sweet. Glasgow is a really strange mixture between 11th century church buildings and straight up multi-million banking empire glass complexes. It never ceases to amaze me how little planning there seems to be in this city with what supposedly fits together with what. Thought that could be said for several places in the UK I'm sure, Glasgow really stands out. The reason for this according to the locals is that the city counsil when there was high unemployment and problems related to this in the eighties and so on they said yes to any suggestion that coul provide work opportunities or improve the situation in the city. Tonight we are going on site with the team here and there will likely be some pictures from the sites. This quickly becomes rather long days so one rests and relaxed when possible, I arrived by BMI from Copenhagen just yesterday around 22.30 and I will get back to the hotel sometime around 2 in the morning tomorrow, then up to conduct the second training class tomorrow at 10, back to the airport to fly to Heathrow around 19.30 and up at seven again... And finally back to Sweden on Friday evening again before next weeks trip to Bosnia-Herzegovina...
