The Marion Memorial Bridge is a 4-span metal truss bridge in Marion County, Tennessee. It was built in 1929. The main span is 369 feet, and the bridge has a total length of 1870 feet. This 4-span steel truss is located in Marion County, the next county west from Hamilton County (Chattanooga). The 2 middle spans are 369 feet long each. It crosses the Tennessee River less than 1 mile from where I-24 crosses the river. This bridge is quite narrow, and is slated to be replaced sooner, rather than later. (Spring 2008) This is my bridge # 88
