A lot of people don't like this building -- this is the library on the Cal Poly SLO campus -- but I gotta say I love it a lot. First, reminiscent of Le Corbusier. Second, I just love all the different subtle shades and colors in concrete. Third, it's a bit like a stack of books. Fourth, it has a cool inside plaza that I like very much. :) Plus, great lines against the sky and the swallows think it's their own private cliff dwelling during the summertime.
