Finland, Helsinki: Nuage Vert, a green laser projection in the emission cloud of Salmisaari power station. As the consumption of electricity is reduced, the green cloud grows. The laser beam illuminating the vapour emissions is faintly visible as a rectangle in the sky above the green cloud. Photo taken near the old cable factory in the district of Ruoholahti.
