Ried im Innkreis is a town in the province of Upper Austria (Oberösterreich) in Austria. In 2001, the town had a population of 11,434. It is the capital of the district (Bezirk) also called Ried im Innkreis. Since 1994, the mayor of Ried im Innkreis has been Albert Ortig.Top photos chosen by u all:

Whilst in the music theory classroom we learnt more of how the education system works. The music school is completely separate from the normal education system. Children attend school in the mornings (8 am until 12 for those from 6 to 10 years old) or until 4pm (for those from 10 to 14 years old). The music school runs in the afternoons and anyone - young and old can attend.

In addition to the rooms for instrument tuition, the music school also has rooms for the teaching of music theory. As everything else in this school it all looked clean, fresh and well fitted out.
