Toronto, a must see City!
Made by emma lagunday
A long distance view of our city scape, taken in the area where I live. Some interesting facts: You may already know that Toronto is home to the world's tallest building (CN Tower at 553.33 m) and that the world's longest street starts at the City's lakeshore (Yonge Street at 1,896 km), but did you know that Toronto is as far south as the French Riviera or that more people live in Toronto than in Canada's four Atlantic provinces combined? Is heralded as one of the most multicultural cities in the world and is ranked as the safest large metropolitan area in North America by Places Rated Almanac. Over 140 languages and dialects are spoken here, and just over 30 per cent of Toronto residents speak a language other than English or French at home. The Toronto GTA is called home to over 5.6 million Canadian citizens. Toronto is the capital city of the wealthiest province in Canada, called Ontario. Toronto is located in southern Ontario, less than two hours drive from New York state border. The province of Ontario has shorelines on four of the five, fresh water, Great Lakes. Southern Ontario is further south than ten of the northern states of the USA. The province of Ontario ( 415,000 sq. miles in size ) is larger than the state of Texas ( 267,000 sq. miles ) which is located in the southern USA. Toronto, Canada residents hold more university educations than in any other country, in the world, based on the percentage of the total population. Source: OECD 2003 Toronto, Ontario highways are well maintained and link with major freeways connecting Toronto, Ontario, Canada with the northern states of the USA.

Feeling so down[The Drama].

This was taken last summer @Harbourfront, Toronto. The girl was disappointed for some reason and almost about to cry, but she was holding her tears in public. Her dad was trying to convince her, and she's avoiding his face. photographs.asgon.net/portraits/img_6558.jpg.php

TTC Streetcar
Made by kevincrumbs
The 509, which runs along the harbourfront, making a stop near the intersection of Rees & Queen's Quay. I think I've been on the streetcar in Toronto before but am not a hundred percent sure.

Out of Business
Made by PDPhotography
This store at Toronto's Harbourfront area had been completely cleaned out but for a few items of stock left on the floor. The afternoon sun lit the yellow paint inside wonderfully.

Heading West
Made by PDPhotography
A streetcar rolls west along Queens Quay in the afternoon sun. It looks warm... it wasn't. With wind chill it must have been about -20c this day.

I'm now fairly convinced that one of these two is Chief Blair, this is what he did instead of marching in Pride.

Hotel Party

Because some of us were, ahem, too young to drink, we partied in a hotel. Whatever. I got to wear pajamas.
