P1010262 QE2 prepares for Jubilee around the world trip. The ship alongside is the Whitchallenger. The buoy is the Hythe Knock. They set of fireworks for the five oclock sailing. Another man on the ferry was taking pictures, who had worked on her for years. Beautiful lines on the one fine day between Jan 1 and Jan 10! Taken from Hythe Ferry
