Nick bought himself a lurvly snowboarding hat off of eBay ready for his trip to Cortina. This image went on to reach the final of the work's weekly UK internal newsletter, all due to his adoring fans... Update -- Nick has now won and will be the face of the newsletter for the next six months when a new face will be chosen.

Rules of Photography: #1 Don't shoot with the sun behind your subject... Unless it's hidden, and it's highlighting the buildings behind you in the reflections :-) This is best viewed Very Large, the reflections are really interesting. I'm in the bottom middle :-)

Double glazing is a bitch to photograph through, always getting nasty reflections of things you didn't want to include. Any suggestions for removing the unwanted detail?
