More leaves in a puddle--the same puddle, in fact, as the photo before this one. I took this both because I like leaves in puddles and because I was thinking about the Vivid Colour assignment for Active Assignment Weekly. I haven't had a chance to play around with the post-processing color technique mentioned in the assignment, though I think it could work well for this shot. I'd like to bring out the blue of the reflection just a bit more. What it took to get this shot: A surprising amount of fiddling with angles to get a reflection off the water. Photographing puddles is harder than it may at first appear; this still doesn't show the depth of the water.

No rhyme or reason to this one--it just came out of the camera full of weird angles, and I liked it. I look almost as if I've been crying, but that's just the effect of the crisp morning air. It was a fantastic morning. This was taken on top of the parking garage next door to my apartment.
