When we walked through Parc Lafontaine, an evangelical church - l'Assemblée Chrétienne Parole Vivante de Montréal, or the Montreal Living Word Christian Assembly - was having an open service and picnic. The sunlight streaming through the trees onto the barbecue smoke made it look like a cathedral. They were singing and playing drums; Toby joined them on a tomtom with a samba rhythm for a little while.

I took a photo I posted last night, did a different crop, and fiddled with the colour and contrast a bit. Which one is better? I dunno. I'm not crazy about the light in either one.
