September 13, 2007 - 37°25'59.97N 122°10'8.01W This is a sculpture at Stanford. It is made from sandstone recovered from buildings destroyed in the 1906 and 1989 earthquakes. I love Goldsworthy's work, and it's wonderful to have a piece so close to home. Photographing it was quite a challange - it's difficult to convey the size and dimensions of the work.
