Built from 1897 to 1902 and in a Roman Baroque style, the Wayne County Building was designed by John Scott. This 5 story building is comprised of copper, granite, and stone and is located at 600 Randolph St in the heart of Downtown Detroit. There is a full picture of this building ( taken at night ) located in the Detroit section of my site. The County's lease on this building expires in 2008 and they already have plans to move into the Guardian Building.
