Thanks to Paulhitz for the info on this building. This building was originally designed by Louis Kamper in 1901. It served as the Police Precinct until 1953 ( there were bars on the second story windows until recently - that was where the jail was). The building now serves as a private office. It's located on Grand River in Downtown Detroit. This picture was in Explore for a little while.
