This is the base of a light in one of the halls of the Ohio Statehouse. When you think about when this stuff was created you can really appreciate the amount of work put in to making something so fine and detailed. Comments welcome

This is a vent grill that covers the old heating system. This system is still in use. It is such a good system that the heat from it actually was blowing the updated covers off during the restoration. Comments welcome
Floor in the Crypt

Under the statehouse there is a place called The Crypt. Very cool place. I like the tile and marble work in this building. This kind of stuff is all throughout the building. Comments welcome
