First photo with my latest camera toy: a Tokina 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 fisheye zoom. Happy with it so far: Pros Small and light. Reasonably well put together. Slightly wobbly focus ring and a little tricky to mount, but otherwise solid. Friction-held cap a little hard to get off - hopefully, will not loosen too much over time, though. Excellent flare resistance. Shots with sun in frame show no appreciable flare. Crazy saturated color. For the first time, I've used the Neutral setting (as opposed to the enhanced Standard setting) on my camera to tone it down a bit. Zoom really does come in handy. Cons - Chronic over-exposure. I suspect the camera's evaluative metering is unable to cope with the extreme field of view. - Some chromatic aberration, but not as bad as I expected. - Limited depth of field, due to having to put the subject so close to the lens. Even at f/11, the background is not in focus in this shot. - AF a little loud and slightly slow.

and an apparition on the stairs... I was experimenting with the 1.5x telephoto lenses for the Seagull -- they add a blur around the edges of the viewfinder, which I think I like...?
