Construido por el arquitecto José Grases Riera y terminado en 1922, participaron más de veinte escultores para realizar as esculturas que lo rodean. Constructed by the architect Jose Grases Riera and finished in 1922, they participated more than twenty escultores to make ace sculptures that surround it.
