So, now that massive development is in high gear in South Lake Union, a question has to be asked. What is going to happen with the old Pacific Lincoln/Mercury dealership building at the corner of Westlake and Mercer? The trolley passes right in front of it with a stop across Mercer Street. I have seen no evidence of pending development nor can I find any information online with future plans. So, if anyone wants to contribute any ideas, please feel free to add below.
