You know Winter is just about to start when the temperature drops, the wind picks up and the streets start shimmering as the puddles start forming. It really is beautiful. It's just a bugger that you can never really be prepared for it. My most interesting shot. Also my ‘Masterpiece’ entry for Photo Friday. The interior of St Paul's Anglican Cathedral in Melbourne. St Paul's Cathedral is built on the site where the first public Christian services in Melbourne were led by Dr Alexander Thomson in 1836. The first church was built in 1852, but demolished to make way for the current cathedral which was built between 1880-1891 and designed by William Butterfield. (Photo taken in collaboration with )

The Giant Sky Wheel is a giant travelling Ferris wheel currently located in Birrarung Marr Reserve in Melbourne. The Ferris wheel is illuminated by more than 300,000 light emitting diodes, which provide an amazing light show at night.
