Part 2: Taken with a Sears (?!) 35mm, zone focus, manual exposure, fixed lens (about 45mm, I think). I used a flash gun with AG-1 bulbs, reflector folded to reduce the guide number and exposure guestimated. Miracles happen. Scan of a Kodachrome transparency, cropped and brightness adjusted with The Gimp (1970-03a-07)

It took a couple of years, but a vial of moon dust retrieved by the Apollo missions made it's way to the University of Arizona and was displayed at the Optical Sciences Building. A long line formed to file by and take a quick glance at it though the magnifying glass provided. (1970-03a-08)
