Best viewed large. -- The Murat Shrine Building at Massachusetts Avenue and New Jersey, is the headquarters of the Indianapolis Ancient Arabic Order, Nobles of the Mystic Shrine. In 1909 Oscar Bohlen designed the building with Moorish arches, onion domes, tan and brown bands of brick, and a 208' minaret tower. My father was a Mason for many years.
