I made it a bit more yellow in post-processing, to accentuate the sunset effect. This Bridge is called Le Tracel. The building of the bridge by the Dominion Bridge and Davis started during the summer of 1906, and was completed in 1908, at a total cost of 817 500$. Train started to use it mainly in 1917, when Québec's Bridge opened. In 1918, National Transcontinental, the owner of the Bridge, was integrated to the Canadien National, the actual owner of Cap-Rouge's Tracel. 1 kilometers long, 50 meters high(175 feets), it stand on 30 towers. It's a great building, technically impressive for the time, and is a memory of a time when railroads builders where discovering the North American continent. La construction de ce tracel par les entrepreneurs Davis et la compagnie Dominion Bridge débuta à l'été de 1906 et fut complétée en 1908, au coût de 817 500 $. Les trains l'utilisèrent surtout à compter de l'ouverture du pont de Québec en 1917. En 1918, le National Transcontinental fut englobé par le Canadien National, qui hérita ainsi du tracel de Cap-Rouge. D'une longueur d'un kilomètre, haut de 50 mètres (175 pieds) et érigé sur 30 grands chevalets (couramment appelés piliers ou tours), le tracel de Cap-Rouge est une remarquable œuvre d'ingénierie et témoigne d'une époque où les bâtisseurs de chemins de fer faisaient la conquête d'un continent.
