A wheel at Salford Quays !!! Thanks for and Moz_haps for accompanying me !!! Picture Properties: Used a 0.9 Graduated ND filter and a graduated Sunset filter as well. Used Flash (with blue gel) manually on wheel during the exposure as well !!!
