Entre a Luz e Porto de Mós
Made by patchouly
The cliffs between Luz and Porto de Mós Beaches in the Algarve, Portugal, dive steeply into the sea. The scattered clouds casted their shadows in a peculiar way that day. The grey rock in front is actually called rocha negra- black rock- but as it stands in front of a shadowed cliff it looks brighter than its neighbors. Large is better.

moonlight, sea and rocks

This scene was lit by the moonlight in front of me and a streetlamp in my back (that's the orange tint on the rock to the right). Exp 8 sec, WB tungsten Look at it large to see the haze the waves seem to make in 8 secs.
