Een lange rij veranderingen
Made by sirixception
Leuke herinneringen! :-)

Day 25/365 - The Monster
Made by <Dieter>
The Monster (informally called Il Mostro in Italian) is a motorcycle designed by Miguel Angel Galluzzi and produced by Ducati Motor Holding in Bologna, Italy since 1993. It is a naked bike, characterized by an exposed engine and frame. In 2005, Monster sales accounted for over half of Ducati's worldwide sales. Artist: The Automatic lyrics ♫ Without these pills you’re let loose You’re let loose, you’re let loose Take off, get out, no excuse No excuse, no excuse What’s that coming over the hill Is it a monster? Is it a monster? What’s that coming over the hill Is it a monster? Is it a monster? What’s that coming over the hill Is it a monster? Is it a monster? What’s that coming over the hill? ♪

the grashoppers song ~ ♥explored♥
Made by Leentje Schoofs (Little L*tje)
summer. sun. smoothy. shiny. smiley. this are the scenes i like in summertime. i was actually focusing my eye on those grainfields where they leave their grainrolls for a couple of days to let them dry. i'll find a field like that! funny fact: 3 minutes after this shot the farmer arrived here. he smiled at me, asking where i was taking pictures of. must have been weird for him. then he felt with his hands the grain was already dry enough, so he could start his monster grain-square-machine. please no big group logo's or invitations without any words.. I really don't like a comment only with some stupid group logo. it's useless to me and i will delete them! explored #194. jeejeeeeeeeeej!

Street Sculpture, detail
Made by Viejito
I forgot the name of the artist. The sculpture is in the Bondgenotenlaan. Hey, Pietermannen, kunnen jullie eens gaan kijken hoe de artiest(e) heet?...;-) - No reply from the Leuvenaars, let me try asking them in their own language: Esser-na nimani dawèt hoedatij-it? - OK, OK, na twee jaar nog geen antwoord... 'k ben dan maar zelf gaan kijken, al is het wel wat ver... en de artieste is blijkbaar ondertussen overleden: Colleen Madamombe (1964-2009).

droef

achtergelaten / left behind although I do wonder, who would take his teddybear into an ex flour company (If I remember correctly it was the third floor, and no place to let your kid play because some major gaps in the ground) In spite of all your comments about cropping the 'wires' off, I'll leave them there. Partly because I'm very stuborn and bad at accepting critiques, and partly because I love the scene being chaotic. going inside an abandoned factory is so often crossing into an other world My personal favoriteAuto Tagged By Tagnics

Blue Snow
Made by Lo Scorpione
Might be too dark because of processing on my laptop in not so favourable light...so please comment on this :-) The picture Had the last of the January exams yesterday. After every exam I would grab my camera and go to the park to shoot some pictures in of the snow-covered lanes and trees. This one was taken in the evening, after dark. The textures by SkeletalMess Gradient Three by SkeletalMess, but then inverted to brighten up the upper part and darken the snow part.

Dance Me to Your Beauty with a Burning Violin... (1/3)
Made by ZeThomas
Dance me through the panic 'till I'm gathered safely in Lift me like an olive branch and be my homeward dove Dance me to the end of love I bought a new violin! And what else to do with a new violin than have a photoshoot :-). My main attempt (and difficulty) was to somehow put in these pictures some of the warmth and character that lies in its sound... Don't know if that's a full success though. Comments are very welcome. (Reference: title and quote are both from the song Dance Me to the End of Love by Leonard Cohen)

how long will the last flower last?
Made by Leentje Schoofs (Little L*tje)
001/100 day one of my very own 100 selfies project. it took me a while to prepare on this. taking selfies kinda bored me the last couple of months (after quitting my unfinished 365 project). i didn't have creativity anymore. i didn't pick up my camera anymore. time has come to put my creativity into photography again. this time i'm gonna finish it :-) facebook page canon eos 100D - 24-70L - iso 100 - 0,04sec - f/11 - at 27mm

Town hall at Grote Markt, Leuven, Belgium
Made by Ferry Vermeer
Leuven's main sight is the 15th-century Stadhuis. This flamboyant late-Gothic structure resembles an overblown wedding cake full of terraced turrets, delicate statues, fancy stonework and colourful flags. The 236 statues represent prominent locals throughout the ages - scholars, artists and nobility - but were added as an afterthought in the mid-19th century. www.lonelyplanet.com/belgium/leuven/sights/architectural-...

Chambre du Cheffe
Made by klickertrigger
Das Gebäude stand in schicker Innenstadtlage, wo ringsum nur noch hippe Wohnungen in die Höhe ragten. Hier werden sicher bald stylische Lofts entstehen. --- This building was in the middle of the city, where only around hip apartments rose into the air. At this place will emerge soon some stylish lofts. L drücken zum vergrößern - hit L for a larger version www.facebook.com/urbexleipzig

Minute of Decay
Made by Daniel Niño
As an implacable virus, the time does create and destroy everything we know. Good things and bad things. Nothing escapes from its power. The time does heal, but above all, the time ages, the time rots, the time kills... Como un implacable virus, el tiempo crea y destruye todo cuanto conocemos. Lo bueno y lo malo. Nada se libra de su poder. Él tiempo cura, pero sobre todo, el tiempo envejece, el tiempo pudre, el tiempo mata...

Belgium - Leuven - Station roof
Made by Lo Scorpione
Took this picture after coming back from a quick photoshoot at the station in Liege, about 30 minutes by train from Leuven. During the renovations in the station of Leuven, they added elevators on every platform, connected to a suspended walkway crossing the tracks. High up you get you take these close-up shots from the amazing roof structure. Converted to monochrome in Photoshop, then added a soft gradient for the colour.

Keyboard - Tribute to Richard Wright
Made by Christophe Bogaert
A small tribute to Richard Wright (1943-2008), founding member and pianist of Pink Floyd - one of the greatest bands ever. He was working on a new solo album, but died yesterday because of cancer. The image shows my piano at home. And no one called us to the land And no one knows the where's or why's. Something stirs and something tries Starts to climb toward the light. (Pink Floyd - Echoes)

Doors will open ...
Made by freemysoul
“When you follow your bliss... doors will open where you would not have thought there would be doors and where there wouldn't be a door for anyone else.” Joseph Campbell ___________ catching up .... I'm a bit behind on visiting you all ... not only because I haven't been flickring much, but also because most of the times I get broken images when trying to look at pics on flickr.

Day 27/365 - Splash!
Made by <Dieter>
1. take a cool cup to capture 2. fill it with coffee allmost till the edge 3. focus the camera manual on the glass 4. be sure you've got a short exposure time (high iso makes that possible) 5. set the camera on burst mode (continuous shooting) 6. grab a tiny heavy object like a egg or something like that. 7. press the shutter and drop it! Thanks to the mug owner, Fabian.

Lomo 01▸19b
Made by ukaaa
Another shot from the night at the trainstation, double exposure of her and some backlit advert. The automatic scanner skipped this photo for some reason (maybe because it overlaps with the next photo) so I had to go back to the lab for a rescan. I'm so glad I did! • Lomo LC-A • Fujifilm Superia 200 • No post-processing or editing! Featured in

Uglyworld #59 - Jeero at Leuven Town Hall
Made by www.bazpics.com
I love this picture of Jeero taken while I was lying on the ground in front of Leuven Town Hall in Belgium. It's always funny taking shots of the little guys out in highly populated public areas (like this one), everyone seems to stop and stare wondering what the hell you're up to, before laughing at the reason when they finally see it.
