One of the superb desserts at Chefs de France, France, EPCOT, Walt Disney World. Rated 6/5. THREE hugh (tennis ball sized) profiterolles filled with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and smothered in chocolate sauce with toasted, slivered almonds. - and don't forget that strawberry on top! One person is supposed to pack this in after eating a full meal?!? This was our first time eating at the Chefs de France and won't be our last! (We have ADRs for dinner on 9/29 - party of ELEVEN please!) BTW, Keveen is an excellent waiter.

I was trying for a wider image of this restaurant in Epcot. As a matter of fact, I had the shot that I wanted, even in mid day, except for the 2 persons wearing the Jersey Shores shirts that had camped in the middle of the shot for about 5 minutes. On to plan B, and this shot. :-) I love the light coming from Les Chefs after dark, and I need to try for a decent night shot during our next trip.

Sun Min and I both had this for dinner at Les Chefs de France in the France Pavilion at Epcot: Filet de boeuf grille, sauce au poivre noir Gratin Dauphinois et haricots verts - Grilled tenderloin of beef with a black pepper sauce original potato gratin of Savoy and green beans. Very yummy and the beef was cooked to a perfect medium, just as we had requested.

Remy, the chef from Disney-Pixar's hit film Ratatouille, comes to life at Les Chefs de France in Epcot's France pavilion as part of their Living Character Initiative. The animatronic rat comes table-size to check on the guests and moves around a bit. He also squeaks some answers to questions.
