long story short, poor parents sue county for their unsupervised child's injuries, county puts up fence and enforces rules on a park thats 30 years old oh and now bikes aren't allowed when before the county got involved, bikes and skateboards coexisted perfectly fine. but now they're seen as a danger to the skateboarders. totally ruined an awesome place. hopefully it will be back in the biker/skate community's hands again at some point
