One fourth of Munich’s busy Stachus square (officially called Karlsplatz), with a McDonald’s restaurant, a Hugendubel bookstore and a toy store inside. The photo also shows the large round fountain in the middle of the square.

They're restoring part of this building, so to cover up the scaffolding, they posted a giant picture reproduction of what is supposed to look like. Apparently funded by the Godzilla-sized advertisement for something Madonna.
