【蘆筍蛋沙拉】 1. 將水煮沸，放入蘆筍煮軟，撈出待涼。 2. 準備兩顆白煮蛋，切碎。 3. 橄欖油、胡椒、鹽、白酒醋，攪拌均勻。 4. 將蘆筍切成兩段拌入，加上蛋碎即可。
