the grey buildings with the windows in the roof are the drafting rooms, where the plans of the titanic where drawn. according to the guide on the trip, this whole area is owned by the unuversity of ulster, who are letting it fall into decay coz they want to use the land for redevelopment - and no-one can afford to do anything to save it. so much for preserving your heritage! of course, if some cunt wanted to build a traditional irish all-american theme park, bedecked with stars'n'stripes and mickey mouse heads on the site, they'd probably raise the money in a bout ten seconds flat!
