...in chelsea, just above the meatpacking district (or maybe just in it). I wasnt very impressed I have to say, but then I dont like any of his buildings. Doesnt seem to belong in Manhattan. If you were to model it in a computer program, it would be a simple shape extruded, and then a twist modifier applied to it. I wouldnt be surprised if this is how it came about.
